Ride
You and your horse can be part of the Extravaganza!
Ride or Provide a
Demo Horse for a Clinician!
Here's your chance to get involved!
The
Equine ExtravaganzaŽ
is offering opportunities to work
with some of the best trainers the equine industry has to offer.
Through our "Ride with the Best" program, you can participate in a
mounted clinic or have one of our clinicians work directly
with your horse to work through an issue he/she may be having.
The clinic schedule will be
posted two months prior to the show, however, you may apply to ride
at any time. Once the schedule is posted you may choose which
clinics you would like to be considered for. Assignment of
clinics will be based on the date your
application was received.
Clinics and demo opportunities range in cost from
$75 - $200. The fee includes a stall for the day and admission for rider/owner to the Extravaganza for that day.
Any guests of the clinic rider must pay the daily admission fee. Tickets
for guests can be purchased ahead of time and added onto the payment for clinic fee,
or they can be purchased the day of. For any clinic riders under the age
of 18, their clinic fee will include admission for them and one parent or legal
guardian for the day of the clinic.
In order to reserve a spot in one of
the clinics, a $50 deposit and a video or description of your horse
and riding ability must accompany your application. Please be as honest as
possible in your description - we want to make sure we place you in the
appropriate clinic for you and your horse.
If accepted, this fee is non-refundable.
Once the clinic titles are posted, you will be able to select the
clinic or clinics that you would like to participate in. Your
application and video will be reviewed to determine if horse and/or horse and
rider are an appropriate match for the clinic you have chosen.
The final choice of participants will be made by the clinician and
the
Equine ExtravaganzaŽ. If you and/or your horse are
not selected, you will receive a full refund of your $50 deposit.
Once you and/or your horse are
selected you will be required to send in the non-refundable balance
of the clinic fee.
